Bet Settlement and Results

Postponed and Abandoned Events

If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, the outcome depends on the applicable market rules. VIP Benefits

VIP benefits vary by tier and may include weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, personal account managers, exclusive promotions, and enhanced deposit and withdrawal service. All VIP benefits are subject to the specific terms associated with each benefit, including applicable wagering conditions on cashback and bonus amounts.

VIP Club Terms

• Abuse of VIP benefits, including dishonest reporting, collusion, or account fraud, will result in removal from the programme and possible account closure.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits PH Fantasy's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by PH Fantasy's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

PH Fantasy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PH Fantasy will provide reasonable notice through a notification in the platform, by email to the address on your account, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of PH Fantasy after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. Requests to close an account should be directed to PH Fantasy support.
