Account

Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a username. Confirm your email via the verification link PH Fantasy sends you, then complete identity verification by uploading a government-issued Philippine ID. Once verified, your account is fully active and ready for deposits and betting. The whole process typically takes under ten minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use PH Fantasy, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age is verified through your government-issued ID during the verification process. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and deposits returned.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your PH Fantasy account and we will send you a reset link. The email arrives within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Once you reset your password, log in as normal. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support at support@phfantasy.net.

You need a valid Philippine government-issued ID showing your full name and date of birth — PhilSys National ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence, passport, or PRC card are all accepted. You will also need a proof of address issued within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or billing statement in your name. Verification is required before your first withdrawal.

No. Each player is allowed one PH Fantasy account. Duplicate accounts are identified through our verification and monitoring systems. If multiple accounts are linked to the same person, all may be closed and any balances voided. If you have forgotten your login, use the password reset option or contact support — never create a new account.

To close your account, contact PH Fantasy support at support@phfantasy.net with the subject "Account Closure Request." Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Deposits

Log in to your PH Fantasy account, go to the Cashier or Deposit section, and choose your preferred method. Supported options include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard. Select your method, enter the deposit amount in Philippine pesos, and follow the prompts. GCash and Maya deposits are usually credited within seconds.

The minimum deposit varies by payment method but is generally ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums may differ slightly. All amounts are in Philippine pesos. Check the Cashier section of your account for the current minimum specific to your chosen method.

GCash and Maya deposits credit almost instantly. Bank transfers and InstaPay may take up to a few hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe, check that the transaction was successfully deducted from your payment account. If it was deducted but has not credited to PH Fantasy after a reasonable wait, contact support with the transaction reference number and we will trace it.

PH Fantasy does not charge deposit fees on the platform side. However, some payment providers — particularly certain banks — may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you are unsure. GCash and Maya deposits typically carry no additional charges for standard transactions.

Withdrawals

Log in, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — GCash, Maya, or your registered bank — enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit, subject to your verified account details. Make sure your identity verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet generally arrive within one business day. Withdrawals submitted on bank holidays or very late at night may take until the next business day. If your withdrawal has been pending beyond these timeframes, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are generally ₱200 for e-wallets and vary for bank transfers. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the Cashier section of your account. VIP Club members at higher tiers benefit from increased withdrawal limits. All amounts are in Philippine pesos.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: identity verification not yet completed, unmet wagering requirements on an active bonus, the withdrawal method not matching the deposit method, or a discrepancy between account details and ID documents. PH Fantasy will notify you of the reason. Contact support if the reason is unclear and we will explain the specific issue with your withdrawal.

Sports Betting

Available markets change as the match develops — some markets close temporarily during key moments like corner kicks or free throws. To access live betting, log in, go to the Live section of the sportsbook, and select a match that is currently active.

Cash-out is available on selected bets and markets at PH Fantasy. When a bet is eligible, you will see a cash-out value displayed in your open bets section. The offered amount reflects the current probability of your bet winning. Accepting cash-out settles the bet immediately at that value, regardless of the final result. Not all bets or markets have cash-out available.

Yes. PH Fantasy supports accumulator (parlay) bets, letting you combine selections from multiple matches into a single bet slip for multiplied potential returns. Each selection in an accumulator must win for the overall bet to pay out. The more selections you add, the higher the potential return — and the higher the risk. Use the bet slip to add selections and switch between single and accumulator bet types.

PH Fantasy displays odds in decimal format by default. The odds number represents your total return per ₱1 staked, including your stake. So odds of 2.50 on a ₱200 bet would return ₱500 (₱300 profit plus your ₱200 stake) if the selection wins. Free bets are credited to your account and appear as a separate balance in your bet slip. Select a qualifying market, enter your stake using the free bet balance, and place the bet. If the free bet wins, the profit — minus the free bet stake itself — is credited to your real money balance. Free bets usually expire within a set number of days; the expiry date is shown alongside the free bet in your account.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your account, go to Settings, and find the Responsible Gaming section. Choose Deposit Limits, select daily, weekly, or monthly, and enter your preferred limit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period before they activate — this is intentional, to prevent in-the-moment decisions from overriding limits you set when thinking clearly.
